Shipping Options and Timeframes

 

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic shipping (US and Canada)

  • Flat Rate (Standard) (3–4 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (3–4 business days after fulfillment) 
  • Express (1–3 business days after fulfillment)

 

International shipping (US and Canada)

  • Flat Rate (Standard) (5–20 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (5–20 business days after fulfillment) 
  • Standard DDP (3–5 business days after fulfillment, up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region) Canada only 
  • Express (1–3 business days after fulfillment)

 

International shipping (Europe)

  • Flat Rate (Standard) (5–20 business days after fulfillment)
  • Standard rate with CO2 offsetting (5–20 business days after fulfillment) 
  • Standard DDP (3–7 business days after fulfillment) UK only 
  • Express (1–3 business days after fulfillment)

**Express shipping is not currently available for the following product(s):

• Domestic Shipping: Rates vary based on weight, size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

• International Shipping: Rates vary by destination. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • L, M, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands
  • P, R, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden
  • U, V–Ukraine, Vatican City

Shipping Restrictions

 We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier  limitations. 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

  • Our shipping carriers also have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping. You can see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage. The list of countries may change periodically.
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes
